Silent Sunday June 7, 2020-Backyard

Scattered Showers

today mean the hills will stay green and the creeks will continue to gush into the lakes that line the Okanagan Valley north to south. A perfect day to show the green in my yard.

I previously posted a picture of cherry blossoms on my tree but today I will showcase plants and flowers in my yard/garden.

I realize now that I was too enthusiastic in my photo taking so I will divide the photos into front yard, back yard, and front balcony.  Backyard today. Most photos have captions. ♥

My apologies if you find this repetitive. Thank you sincerely for your interest in my blog – David

Lovely! I love how you used so many splashes of color with the lush green. I think you will have all the tomatoes you can eat this summer!

I am luckiest with the cherry tomatoes, some of the russian varieties take until September. I really love all the bees that are attracted by the sunflowers. Mine are yellow and red heads. I posted them almost too much last summer I think. chuckle

Thanks Jane, we enjoy them also. I have two long ropes that cover the backyard from side to side, you see them everywhere. Sometimes people walk up the driveway to peek in the yard and check them out. LOL

A beautiful valley with lakes in a row from north to south. It is beautiful. There are five mountain ranges in the one province I live in and I am somewhere in the middle of the province. Almost always I can see snow in the distance. Thanks for your interest in my blog. – David
