No Excuses she said, Message was clear!

I have a support team with respect to my health. The team has three co-captains and one is definitely my lovely daughter.

It wasn’t a surprise to get a text message from her asking me what my exercise plan for the day was. This was her way of telling me to get out there!  I replied to her that it was windy and cold (and it was for a couple days).  She replied succinctly,  No excuses!

It’s nice to have a nudge now and then, right?

I appreciated it and have paid it heed as well, getting out there for exercise.

My preference of late has been to ride my bike, so I took some images to share from my last ride of my fair mini-gotham on Sept. 11.

Thanks for visiting,  I appreciate it!

This is so true Dave, we all need a nudge in the right direction. So did you go for a walk today? I’ve been walking with Disney even though I’ve had aches and pains and a full course load already it feels good to get out and get some exercise, plus my dog’s happy too! A win win situation. Thanks for the nudge. Have a great day 🙂
