I had to confess yesterday
that I went into the yard to take pictures and my thumb went crazy. I felt like it was too many pictures for one post so I divided the pictures into backyard, frontyard, and the balcony. Today is the balcony pictures.
A few years ago, my son bought six balcony planters and he has them lined up on the balcony. When I sit in the house I can look out the picture windows and see the colourful results of his green thumb.
I hope you will enjoy the balcony pictures.

I would love to have a colorful garden filled with different shapes and textures. Unfortunately, a green thumb is not one of my superpowers. I need to research desert landscapes and plants🙄

You can never take too many pictures of a garden. It changes so often that each moment must be captured. I need to get back out and take some of my own. The delphiniums are blooming and soon I will have a plethora of lilies.

I agree Lorrie. This made me chuckle. I saw a little star trek meme and kirk thanks spock for teaching him the meaning of plethora. Kirk says in the second photo, it means a lot. (chuckle)
Looking forward to seeing your photos. – David

Just a minute ago a male and female quail were under the cherry tree taking advantage of the few unripe cherries that have fallen. – So cute!

I bet by the end of the summer you won’t even be able to see the dirt in the pots. How nice to be able to visually bring the outdoors indoors.

It is wonderful. On our hike today we could smell the sage. Lots of it here at the top of the desert.
