Do you have a vision? Are you starting a new year soon at school, or in a club? Even if you are in the middle of your career or involvement anywhere, I suggest a quick self examination.
Just two points, – Do you have a vision of your success at that job or club? What does it look like, take a few minutes and write it down. It may be something like ” I will have succeeded in my role at X when …………………………..
Second point – Now in your mind you know have an idea. Quickly jot down at least three ways you are going to achieve your vision.
I had to write the above after I read about Ferron Shea. {click her name to find out what it was} When she was just NINE YEARS old she had a goal, a vision. She reached her goal and it made me think. Now she is in college and taking part in a college outreach to Zambia, and she blogged about her experience. Click here for that blog entry. Ferron’s life is changed, and so is the rest of her team – it’s a great story, and I thought it worth sharing, I hope you liked it.
Whether you want to write a sci-fi novel, be a wonderful parent, or be a wonderful best friend, take the time to form a vision, and an action plan. Success to you!
Thanks for reading my blog, I am so encouraged lately, it means tons to have more followers, and comments. Amazing!
Your blog post felt timely this morning as I prepare for my move to Whitecourt and to start work soon at the Whitecourt & District Public Library. As you maybe able tell from the timing of this post; 3:25 am. I have much to do and many thoughts running through my head which tells me either to make use of my slightly odd sleeping patterns for accomplishing my list or to try working on my meditation practice or even better do both. Thanks for the post. I will keep in touch!

I’m one of those people who wakes up and thinks about upcoming events, like speechs for toastmasters and sometimes my middle of the ideas seem brilliant, and less so in the light of day. (oh well) I hope your move goes well, and look forward to your updates. You mentioned meditation, wonderful habit and amazing effect on outlook plus more so I hope you will also tell me about your practice. I am interested.
