Telepathy, sounds pretty cool eh?  Really, really? How much honesty do you think you could take?

Remember if you can read their mind, I assume fair play insists they can read yours. Dangerous waters,  and pretty quick we’d give up that “benefit“.

Oh sure there would be times, when it could mean real closeness with your beloved.

But the majority of the time, thoughts would slip out that you would never say out-loud, and didn’t really mean, they just burst out.

I can bet I wouldn’t be able to “yes sir” out of any more traffic tickets.  I also would have to invest in blinders when I walked in the summer, Penticton is a beach destination!

I think it’s better if we keep some mystery, I’m not that deep anyway – you can tell what I’m thinking most of the time anyway.

That’s what I think,  telepathy at best could be nice part time,  like when you play poker.
