Hello to my fellow bloggers, and blog readers. It is a gusty cool day in the Okanagan today and on days like this I like a cup of tea in a china mug. The hot water goes in the cup, and my hands wrap around the mug to soak it up while inhaling the warm scent.
Not just any tea neither, the absolute best tea to warm your insides while cuddling that mug is chai tea. I love the warmth of chai tea and it works well with my sweet tooth as well.
I liken chai tea to a slice of pumpkin pie in a cup with or without the whipped cream 🙂
My title “TEA FOR 75″ ? I am hoping today that 75 readers will read and share a mugga with me and post the name your favorite tea. Please include the city you are replying from just for interest also
Click here for a recipe or you can be like me and buy Chai Tea mix pre-made and just add milk and warm it up.
75 folks will be a big tea party for me, everyone welcome! My sincere thank you for dropping in.
I’m in Florida. USA..
And I love chai ☕️ tea too..
Love to join you…

Labrador Tea. A natural plant that grows in low or wet lands in the northern prairies. First Nations peoples have used it for tea for hundreds of years. A bit of a acquired taste, but unforgettable once consumed.

Thanks Ken, labrador tea sounds interesting and probably healthy – I’d give a try twice.

So I guess I should say the brand ‘Yorkshire Tea’! Although I’ve grown up using a brand called Ringtons and their blended black tea (milky with honey please!)
I actually had chai for the first time the other day after requesting a selection to branch out with for my birthday. I really enjoyed it. But my favourite so far, aside from green tea is a Mayan Chocolate truffle tea with hints of chilli 😊

Chocolate truffle tea? I have never heard of such a thing, with chili? Sweet and spicy – oh very nice!

It certainly is, very warming. Here’s the link: not sure if they ship worldwide but definitely to US and U.K. Plus, they have a variety of truffle teas I’m yet to try! http://www.mightyleaf.com/mayan-chocolate-truffle-1lb-bag.html

Mine is real chai made by the Indian Chai Whallers in a huge tea pot over a dung fire with all their delicious herbs, loads of milk and tons of sugar and served in a tiny glass! Miss it so much.

We are quite a few time zones apart, thank you so much for visiting. Real chai like what you described sounds just scrumptious!

I love black tea with Typhoo and Yorkshire Gold being two of my favorites. I also love Chai, but I drink it black. The spices are so warming and exotic.
