I live in the South Okanagan. BC. I enjoy reading, exercise, toastmasters. spending time with my son, my daughter, & her husband , and my patient wife.
I try to respond personally to every comment on my blog, and in this way I hope to get to know my readers a little bit and and am able to thank readers for their encouragement on what they liked and suggestions on what they would like to see me try in order to improve.
I love Canada, lived there several years back when, great train ride from Toronto to Vancouver. St. John’s a special place. That is a jolly song – thanks.
Catchy wasn’t it. I listened to it before bed and my son said let’s make our own version. I should write out the lyrics and see if he can memorize them with me. It’s be fun.
I love the video! But I am concerned that you have been too quiet. You normally post more often. I am awful at visiting but have noticed that the last time you posted was July 1st. I hope all is well with you my friend 🙂 Blessings! ♥♥
How heartwarming to know my absence was noticed. I am well and am working on some health objectives along with picking cherries! Super juicy right now and My dear wife is canning them. Peaches in 4 weeks and plums later. Raspberries off my bushes for snacking. I send a friendly hug in thanks because I appreciate you! -David
I am so glad to hear that you are just too busy with fruits 🙂 and working on your health!
You absence was felt and caused worry. You have some far away friends that care, just deal with that… you can no longer leave without saying good bye 🙂
Sending you and dear wife hugs back and wishing you both a blessed weekend! Ana♥♥
Thanks for your interest in my blog. It is the peak of Giant Head mountain in Summerland BC. I try to walk up there a few days a week. Beautiful spot, I hope you check it out sometime. -David
Hugs and thanks for asking. I am busy with summer, cherries, hiking, lake swimming, my Dad visiting, canning, biking, and I feel guilty for being away. My apologies to you today my friend. You really touched my heart for checking. Bless you-David

The song is meant to be true, and whimsical in my opinion- Canada making light of themselves (the best kind of humour) 😇
