Blessed Rain to Refresh Us has Arrived

Such a lovely few days and now today a lengthy dose of refreshing rain.

In addition to the puddles on my street I smiled today as I watched our neighbourhood doe cross the street, she does so very slowly as she has a large udder to accommodate her twin fawns.

How sweet they looked as they scampered to keep up to their Mom. – David

I came across this lovely song from the 70’s today – Bluebird (The Wings – Paul McCartney)

Touch your lips with a magic kiss
And you’ll be a bluebird too
And you’ll know what love can do

I’m a bluebird, I’m a bluebird
I’m a bluebird, l’m a bluebird
Yeah, yeah, yeah
I’m a bluebird, I’m a bluebird
I’m a bluebird
Yeah, yeah, yeah

A quote to end today’s post:

Remember there’s no such thing as a small act of kindness. Every act creates a ripple with no logical end.”

Great picture of the fawns. We see them in our neighborhood, but rarely until the spots have disappeared. For some reason, it is such a treat to observe them when they are so young.
