My Dad’s sister lived in Drumheller until she passed away yesterday. She was remembering birthdays and encouraging her loved ones right up until the day she went into the hospital.
I wonder if everyone felt the way I did around her. I always felt she singled me out to show me with kindness and genuine interest in my world, my family, and my health.
Her family was bonded together, sons and daughters, son in laws, daughter in laws, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was proud of every one and made them all feel special.
Her last email to me was typically positive before going for surgery. ”
My family is all behind me and offering a lot of support and
comfort, and my friends are also calling and wishing me the best and putting me on their prayer lists, chains, etc.
I’m glad we have an ‘AWESOME’ God I can put my trust in, and hope and pray all goes well so I can have the pleasure of communicating with you real soon again.
Take good care, and please keep me in your prayers.
Love, Hugs and Prayers,A. Elinore. “
Dear Aunt Elinore, I will take care and I will always keep you in my prayers. I will miss your emails but still feel your love. Love Dave

Elinore makes me smile whenever I think of her. Her voice made me smile, her smile made me smile and her energy especially when she talked about her dearest ones, her family. A miracle lady.
