Greetings, Hello, Hi There

This Muppets skit is priceless but so hard to explain to anyone else.  But if you are in on the joke…………..then you get to laugh about it with your friends through imitation.  That is one of the best things in life, laughing with friends.

I am convinced that humor is also good for your immune system. What does that mean? Well if you want to stay healthy, Get your rest, Eat properly and imitate the yip yips.  Brrrr- Ring!

I’m reading a book by Robin Sharma and it is called the Monk who sold his Ferrari. There’s an interesting book. He said this that laughing is medicine for the soul. Children laugh an average of 400 times a day and look how happy they are. But adults only love an average of 15 times a day, who’s happier? The philosopher William James said we don’t laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we LAUGH.

According to James, happiness is created as a result of our being active participants in the game of life, this is one of the chief kernels of his theory of happiness, the idea that happiness depends on a choice that we are able to make, regardless of our biological and social circumstances.

I welcome you to watch The Muppets video above and then be silly. Copy The Muppets and make the brinng noise with whoever you watch the video with. LAUGH

Be happy, laugh often.

The Muppets was pretty sophiscated, it appealed to children AND their parents. Remember the two old men on the balcony? That was for the parents. One of the best shows for a hundred reasons.
